Toledo, day two

So, we went to Toledo, and asked at the hotel if they knew where a beach was close by....amazingly enough, they didn't. Personally, that knowledge should be a requirement when working in a hotel 12 miles from a beach. We found the beach using our handy GPS and found the lake Erie water to be quite nice. I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't too bad. The kids had a blast and really liked playing in the sand....

I thought this picture was pretty cute, even though she isn't looking at the camera, she is just so precious. Couper had an amazing time. He got in the water and fetched sticks and then he did the unthinkable...pooped in the water.....He was afraid of the water at first, he growled at it, then barked at the little waves coming on shore. It was pretty funny....except for when he pooped...

The moms an their crew....we were completely outnumbered. Kindof funny watching other people watch us as we went into Chili's last night...maybe faces of sympathy or empathy, who knows.

We really had a great time with the Guevaras and the plans are underway for another gathering maybe Pittsburg or Columbus...who knows. I do know that I can't wait to get together again!
