Okay, I realize it has been way too long since I last posted. So, you will hopefully be receiving lots of posts from me here in the near future. After the crazy whirlwind that was February, things started to settle down a little bit and we just enjoyed our new house and our hot tub....may have been a distraction from posting....ya think?

The joy of the trampoline finally being set up...
ok....now for the real fun. Spring Break.....we headed back to Texas (because we knew we weren't going back during the summer) to see family and friends. It was an amazing week of fun and activity. The kids had a blast, no one got sick this time, we spent lots of time with family and friends, and we celebrated Easter and Keira's birthday....enjoy the fun through our pictures.....

We went to Gatti Town for dinner one night....
Caleb learned a valuable lesson on this night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE MACHINES THAT YOU TRY TO CATCH SOMETHING WITH. He was highly disappointed that he didn't get anything....lesson learned because the next day at the movies, we saw another one and he quickly says, "that is a waste of money" - not sure they guy trying to win appreciated his statement....(thankfully he didn't win anything or my theory would be down the drain)
We met our friends at the park on Monday and had a great time catching up with them...
pure joy!!!
The whole gang....we do miss these special friends that is for sure!!!
We then went to hang out with the Pierce family and as always had a great time. Can't wait for them to visit us this summer!!!

Wednesday we went to our old neighborhood and had dinner with our dear friends the Dodsons....so much fun and so relaxing, like we had never left. It's always hard to say goodbye to such sweet friends...
Keira requested a birthday party in Texas, so we happily obliged. We put up the slide and invited the cousins....had a great time!

We also hit the kids' favorite park and hung out, tried to fly a kite and got a little wet....
after the park, we went to Bella's soccer game - she did awesome, even scored a goal!!!!
We left for home the next morning. We had a great time and are excited to go back - but not in the summer....too hot!
